Here's all you need to do:

Print and complete one application per person 18 years or more of age.

Read the "Notice to Applicants for Rental," which provides important information you need about the Sand Stone Manor Apartments application screening process including criteria for residency and approval/denial procedures - if you accept these terms, then send us:
 · Your completed application(s) for each applicant.
 · A signed copy of the "Sandstone Manor Proof of Notice".
 · Copy of valid photo identification for each applicant.
 · Payment of $40 per application.

Upon receipt of these items we'll reserve the unit style of your choice and complete the screening of your application(s). We're known for service and we'll contact you promptly with the screening results - it's just that simple!!
